The Supergreen by Bettina’s Kitchen
We teamed up with plant-centric, sustainable chef Bettina Campolucci Bordi, better known as Bettina’s Kitchen, to create a Limited Time Offer salad. The clue was in the name with The Supergreen, celebrating kale, avocado, edamame, broccoli and more, topped with crumbled feta, chopped dates and finished with a pesto-inspired dressing.

The Healf Bowl
In July 2024 , we joined forces with Healf’s Lead Nutritionist, to create the limited edition Healf Bowl, which fast became a community favourite!
Healf are global leaders in all things wellbeing - their 4 pillars EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP, encourage everyday healthy living, built up day-by-day through simple but effective rituals, like enjoying a balanced lunch.
Each element of The Healf Bowl was carefully curated to be nutritionally complete, full of rainbow veggies, protein, healthy fats, pickles, and of course, signature UG flavour!

Talking Green
At UG, we’ve always championed a holistic approach to wellbeing. Our salads are just one part of the picture; true wellbeing is a lifestyle. That belief led us to create Talking Green - a space to learn, share, and spark meaningful conversations around the topics that matter most to our community. Talking Green is our sell-out wellbeing panel series, where we bring together leading voices to explore the most talked-about topics in the wellbeing world. Each event is carefully curated, blending expert insights with uplifting energy, surprise moments, and (of course) plenty of delicious salads.

UG x WFN
We are long time supporters of the Whitley Fund for Nature (WFN) - a UK charity supporting grassroots conservationists, by providing funding, training and publicity to conservation leaders working in locations most affected by climate change and biodiversity loss.

Valentine’s 2025 was all about loving your gut here at Urban Greens. We were thrilled to team up with Symprove - the UK’s No.1 gut health supplement - for a collab that just made sense! As long-standing champions of fermented foods and the power of pickling, gut health has always been at the heart of what we do. Together with Symprove , we spotlighted our Salmon Avocado salad - a true belly-loving hero - packed with ingredients that support your microbiome and make your gut (and tastebuds) feel the love.

The Panzanella

The second edition of our Guest Chef Series saw the unveiling of The Panzanella by Legare!
A coming together of culinary expertise from our own Head of Food Finn Tonry, and Michelin-bib Legare's owner Jay Patel, this limited time collab demonstrated Legare’s acclaim for dishes where quality ingredients sing within the confines of simplicity, and our promise, to salads that empower us from the inside out!
